I joined FIT4MOM in the summer of 2022, shortly after moving to Texas from Denmark. When I joined, I was pregnant with my son, Albert. FIT4MOM was the best way to quickly become part of a community of moms in a new town and country. I am so excited to be able to give back to the community by providing classes that are welcoming to all mamas.

I have always loved being active, and I have played badminton since I was a kid. I have a degree in Sociology, and before moving to Texas, I worked with data analysis about the Danish educational system.
