Run Club+ by FIT4MOM will help you safely train for a 5K, even if you've never run a day in your life. The 8-week program allows you to train on your own time with the support and accountability of Coach Virginia, our certified running coach, and the other moms in Run Club+.

This fall session is from September 8th- November 2nd. We are training for the Vineyard at Florence 5k! The fall is the best time to train for a race because the Texas heat is letting up and the cooler weather makes running feel better. You don't have to sign up for the races to join the session.

Run Club+ by FIT4MOM is a Running Training program for EVERYONE! Non-Runners. Seasoned Runners. EVERYONE gets:

  • Running accountability & motivation

  • Weekly distance training runs on your schedule and/or with the other moms in Run Club+ (Saturday Runday meet-ups are at 7:15-30 a.m. or earlier at San Gabriel Park)

  • Access to FIT4MOM on Demand classes

  • Runner’s nutrition tips

  • Access to the private Facebook page to help keep you on track

  • Weekly endurance challenges designed to help build muscle and speed

  • Run Club+ Workbook

  • Personalized goal setting with Coach Virginia, certified Run Club+ coach
