Run Club+ by FIT4MOM will help you safely train for a 5K or 10K, even if you've never run a day in your life. The 8-week program allows you to train on your own time with the support and accountability of Coach Virginia, our certified running coach, and the other moms in Run Club+. The fall session is from Oct. 26- Dec. 14th. We are training for the Georgetown Half Marathon, 10K, 5K. You don't have to sign up for the race to join the session.

Run Club+ by FIT4MOM is a Running Training program for EVERYONE! Non-Runners. Seasoned Runners. EVERYONE gets:

  • Running accountability & motivation

  • Weekly distance training runs on your schedule and/or with the other moms in Run Club+ (Saturday Runday meet-ups are at 7:15 a.m. or earlier at San Gabriel Park)

  • Access to FIT4MOM on Demand classes

  • Runner’s nutrition tips

  • Access to the private Facebook page to help keep you on track

  • Weekly endurance challenges designed to help build muscle and speed

  • Run Club+ Workbook

  • Personalized goal setting with Coach Virginia, certified Run Club+ coach
