How do I place my membership on hold or cancel it?

All requests need to be received in writing at least 14 days prior to the 1st of the month in which you wish to place your hold or cancellation. Once a payment processes there are no refunds. Memberships will be placed on hold for the maximum of 3 months. Our system auto prorates payments so no paid membership is lost.
